The 2020 Annual Winter Festival
For two weeks BEAR County welcomes visitors from all over to their famous “Have a Beary Merry Christmas” Winter Festival for 14 days of activities for all ages. Throughout the days, families can enjoy food trucks, Olympic-style competitions, shopping, winter games, and more!

Bear County Holiday
Welcome to the NeighBEARhood!
Holidays in Bear County offers fun for the whole family. Come and experience for yourself what makes this the destination stop for visitors from all over. The B-Train, driven by friendly veteran train driver Lionel, can be seen arriving at the Cherished Teddies Town Depot transporting in-coming visitors from the local airport. This recent flight brought in serval town resident's loved ones from Furmont County and international travellers from Ameri-cow.

Bexar County’s Annual "Have Yourself A Beary Merry Christmas" Winter Festival has something for everyone. Spend the day on the slopes or touring the town, explore local shops, and check out this year’s first-ever Petting Zoo with cuddly lambs and snuggly penguin chicks.

Grab a bite to eat with locally sourced produce from the Bear Necessities Indoor Farmer’s Market or OSO Good! Outdoor Food Court featuring gingerbread house building by the firepit. This year’s vendors are: OSO Sweet! selling ginger sweets in their charming gingerbread-style food truck and Get Stuffed! with savoury eats and tasty treats.
PICTURES WITH KRINGLE
Be sure to stop by Teddies Toy Store for their Pictures with Kringle holiday tradition. Back again this year playing Clause is MosCOW transplant Coby Morozov, endearingly known as the resident Santa. Morozov has been delighting children every winter with his infectious laugh and jolly spirit, you won’t want to miss him. Schedule posted online.
EVENING SPECTACULAR
Stick around for the Evening Spectacular featuring varying Live Performances, Winter Games, Caroling, Sled Rides, Reindeer Scavenger Hunt Competition, Snowball Dance Party, and more kicked off nightly by Mayor Wilson T. Beary in front of the big tree downtown. End each night witnessing Bear County’s infamous one-of-a-kind Golden River Descent, where synchronized world-class skiers cruise down Ice Skating Hill carrying lit torches followed by an extravagant firework display.
